We’re absolutely thrilled that your student will be joining us at camp this year! We truly believe it could be the highlight of their time with us at Grove Church. So, with that in mind, please review the details here to ensure your student is fully prepared, packed, and ready for an amazing camp adventure.
In 2-3 sentences describe who you are and a few exciting things about you.
How many camps have you been to? Which one was your favorite and why? (If you have never been to camp, discuss your favorite thing about junior high or high school groups.)
What are you looking forward to most about this summer camp?
What has God done in your life personally at previous camps? (if you have never been to a camp, talk about things God has done at Junior High or High School group.)
What other positive things have come from camp? (better friendships, fun memories, improved devotional life…)
Could you tell potential donors what their gift to your camp tuition means to you and help them understand how important it is?
What specific things can they pray for you while at camp? Try to be as personal as you are comfortable with, not too general. (For example, forgive someone, be freed from a problematic sin, overcome a struggle at home, make new friends, get closer to God….)
Tell them you are thankful. Conclude with a heart of gratitude.
