You Have Heard It Said

In Matthew 5, Jesus shows that real righteousness goes deeper than rule‑keeping. He exposes both strict, performance‑based faith and passive, anything‑goes faith—revealing that neither transforms the heart. Anger, lust, and broken relationships begin long before outward actions.
